Another thing that makes quite a few poeple fail is the fact that they expect instant results, well, maybe not instant but they expect to see big results in a short period of time, it is possible to get great results quickly but don't expect too much because you will likely only be disappointed, set realistic goals and you will be motivated to keep going when you achieve them.
