If you're new to body building or if you don't have a lot of knowledge in the area but wish to start doing it, you will likely have found yourself considering this question, what is the fastest way to build muscle naturally and there's a very simple reason for that, people would prefer to be able to build their muscles quickly and without using anything that isn't natural, very understandable.

Although it is possible to do this, it probably isn't the best way to be thinking about it, I mean, if you want to build your muscles, train your body, then you shouldn't be thinking about what the fastest way is but rather what the best way is, some methods may take a little longer but if they are much more effective then it shouldn't be a problem.

What I would tell you is that if you want to improve and progress quickly and naturally, there are two things that I think would be very important for this:

1.) Learn as much as you can - If you think you can become an expert body builder and train yourself in the best way without gaining any knowledge of body building, you are wrong, simple as that, if you want to build muscle naturally and quickly then learn everything you can from the experts.

2.) Follow a solid plan - This is another thing you can get from expert body builders, simply saying to yourself "I want to build my muscles fast" isn't really good enough, you need to have a solid, proven to work plan to follow that will guide you through the best methods for doing it.

This may not be exactly what you are looking for in an answer to the original question but I think that if you follow this advice then you will have a much easier time building your muscles.

Jumping in head first with no idea of what you are going to do or how you are going to do it is not a good idea, especially when you are dealing with physical exercise, body building can be quite dangerous and trying to do it without learning first is not smart.

Instead, read and learn lots, read and learn everything you can about body building and gain a better understanding of the methods involved with it, then get a solid plan and follow it, doing this is much more likely to get you the results you want in a shorter period of time.
